About the Role
Providing core services to managers and leaders of staff and volunteers, our Business Partners are the heart of our function. As the leader of this team you’ll need to ensure the team is at the top of its game, both in terms of subject knowledge and partnering skills. You’ll be committed to evaluating the impact of your service and routinely use data and feedback to drive service delivery. You’ll also act as the organisational expert on complex people relations issues and oversee the policy framework for people engagement across the organisation.
