About the Role

With responsibility for systems, processes, payroll and the administrative services that support staff and volunteer involvement, the services your team provide on a day to day basis are critical. In addition, the new role of People Analyst and the data and insight they generate are key to enabling us to take a more strategic approach to people engagement. As the leader of this team you’ll need to ensure the team is consistently committed to delivering high quality and compliant services, both to POD colleagues and our people. Driving a culture of internal customer service will be key and as part of this you’ll be committed to evaluating the operations of your team and routinely using data and feedback to drive efficiency.

  • How you would prioritise your time in the first six months in role.
