Herts for Learning (HfL) is the largest school company in the UK dedicated to improving education for young people. HfL provides a broad range of education and business services, which support schools and educational settings in delivering improved outcomes for children. Working with over 99% of Hertfordshire schools and a further 2,500 schools and settings around the country, they provide training, support and challenge to staff and governors at all levels. HfL operates as a not-for-profit social enterprise and is majority owned by Hertfordshire schools.
HfL staff come from a wide variety of different backgrounds and have different skill sets, but all share the belief that every young person should be able to realise their potential through access to a great education, regardless of where they live or their personal circumstances.
